I decided to take and edit a picture of Big ben, to express what I was thinking.
here I rughed up big ben and added a new sky, and destroyed the top and grunged up the building in generral
I wanted the top to be covered in a barrage balloon like a tent
the biggest difficulty was the perspective of the building and skale
to get the scale right I found an image of people working on the face of big ben, using them I then decided to re edit and re create and re think the scene.
This scene I found abit to dark soo I lightenned it up and more light and highlights into the scene.
I wanted the structure to look as if it was made out of corregated iron and scrap.
