today I feel I had great feed back from Phil, beforehand I was dreading it as, I didn't have much confidence in the image I had produced, with this new boost I'm going to try and buckle down early, have this week off just improve and experiment with maya, possibly a faded whiff of ideas of new project/ also to catch up on other tutorials I have not yet done.

Hey Matt - I know you've been experiencing a creative slump lately, but you've got to redouble your efforts and be inspired (not crushed) by the talent and ambition of your classmates; Leo and Ruben and Jolanta and Jordan etc. are all good, but much of their success if born from their utter determination to BE AMAZING. Worry less, produce more - up the number of hours you spend on your Maya, get busy, get involved, be happy; there is no difference between you and the others - perhaps confidence and expectation - and you can change those things very quickly...
I love this new resolve Matt, get in there. I will email you later today after I read through the brief. I am excited to see what you come up with. You have a wonderful imagination.
