Today I learnt Alchemy from Bob and it is a really intreaging program and interresting the way it throughs shapes down on the canvas, there are some really nice shapes I can play with here.

Yesterday I struggled about trying to get 80's shapes on the roller skate, but today I feel that I cracked it. I'm 50/50 on whether to use the gears on the 80's cus it may drag it out its time zone, but over all I feel that im finally making some big progress.

Hey Matt - some nice stuff on here: but don't get too complex too quickly - as you've still got to commit to these as objects, which means the silhouettes need to be worked into and 'rounded out' - which means you've got to take on some more skills and not come to a halt... You need to number your silhouettes too, because I want to pinpoint the ones that I think have potential... for example, the second one down, with the rocket, really starts to look like some kind of vehicle (albeit very complex) and on the roller skate sheet, the third one down on the right, that looks like a roller-skate with a plane chassis is also promising in a cute, 'Wacky Races' way...

Below are links to Feng Zhu's 'working into silhouettes' youtube tutorials - this represents the next stage, but you need to be very pragmatic about what you want to accomplish; don't be intimidated by these tutorials, take some basic tips and elements from them and work into your strongest silhouettes.
